Services are delivered entirely online, via video calls and digital materials. You must be 18 or older to participate in coaching.

All programs, sessions, and packages are booked through this website and must be prepaid using Stripe. You’ll find current program details and options on the Programs page. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Coaching with Amy Brown does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. My services are meant for support and guidance, not to diagnose or treat any condition. For medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

While I strive to provide valuable support, your results may vary. Coaching outcomes depend on your commitment, personal situation, and a range of other factors.

You are responsible for your own actions, choices, and wellbeing before, during, and after coaching. Coaching is most effective when you approach it with openness and motivation for change.
